Privacy

Orders, support messages and permitted chat images are stored in server-side SQLite. Recent IP address, approximate country and browser language are recorded for support and shown only to the administrator. Support conversations are linked through a private cookie, an order, or a verified email. Linked emails are stored on our server for verification and cross-device chat recovery. Keep verification links private. Delivery details are encrypted at rest and available through the checkout email and private order link. With Crisp enabled, Crisp handles chat instead.

Order links grant access to delivery details. Keep them private and contact support if you need help with your data.

Download analytics are visible only to the administrator. Records include an anonymous identifier that changes monthly, referring domain, estimated IP region, device and browser language, retained for 30 days. We do not store raw IP addresses or full browser identifiers, or collect canvas or font fingerprints. Proxy locations and visitor counts are estimates.
