Before you start

Check your checkout email and private order page for delivery details. Check spam if the email is missing.

  1. Open the delivery message and save the account details and instructions.
  2. Follow the login link in the message. Check capitalization and extra spaces.
  3. Confirm access. If login fails, check common errors and contact support with your order number.
